How it works

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the industry standard for connecting AI to enterprise systems. We wrap your existing integrations as an MCP server on Oracle Integration Cloud. The same pattern exposes our own products, such as NexusAIQ, HelixAIQ, EngageAIQ and ResolveAIQ, as governed tools.

How it stays in control

  • Trusted sign-in: SSO, OAuth 2.1 or mobile OTP.
  • Runs as the user: they see only what they are allowed to.
  • Tool policy: which tools are exposed, and whether they can read or write.
  • Approval on writes: a person confirms each change.
  • Full audit trail: every call is logged and traceable.
