Low-code development

We design and build applications with drag-and-drop components and pre-built templates, with minimal manual coding. A first working version in days, rather than months, lets users react to something real, and the design improves because of it. We also build reusable components, so that the next application starts further ahead.

Data connectivity

We connect applications to REST APIs, databases and other data sources. A Visual Builder application is most useful when it brings together information that normally lives in several places, so we spend time getting the connections reliable and secure.

Mobile and responsive apps

We build applications that work well on any device and screen size. Many business users now do their work on a phone or a tablet, so we design for the smaller screen first and then widen the layout.

Custom business logic

Where the templates stop, we add custom and complex business logic with JavaScript. The important thing is to keep that code small, documented and in the right place, so that the application stays maintainable by your team.

Integration with Oracle Cloud

We connect applications to other Oracle Cloud services for data and process automation, including Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle's AI services, so that an application can start a process, read from a system of record or ask an AI service for help.

Extending Oracle Fusion applications

Visual Builder is also the tool Oracle provides for extending Fusion applications. We use it to add pages and flows that Fusion does not offer out of the box, in a way that survives Oracle's quarterly updates.

Managed services

We provide support, enhancement and upgrades after go-live. Applications built on a platform need looking after as the platform changes, and as users find new things to ask of them. We keep an eye on Oracle's releases, so that your applications keep working.

When low code is the right answer

Low code suits applications that bring data together, collect structured input, run an approval or give people a clear view of a process. It is less suited to very specialised user interfaces or heavy computation. We say so early, and recommend another approach where it fits better.

Security and access

Business applications handle real data. We apply role-based access, sign-in through your identity provider and careful handling of credentials and API keys, so that users see only what they should.

Governance and maintainability

Low-code applications can multiply without control. We help you set standards for naming, reuse, source control and testing, so that the tenth application is as maintainable as the first and your team can take over what we build.

Performance

We test with realistic data volumes and users, and tune queries and pages, so that an application that works in a demonstration also works on a busy Monday morning.

How we work

We begin with the people who will use the application and the decision or task it supports. We build a first version quickly, put it in front of those users, and change it as they react. We then harden it for production: security, performance, testing and support.
