Murali is the Chief Executive Officer of Innovacx. Prior to co-founding Innovacx (established in 2014), Murali held executive roles within Product Development in his 24 years tenure at Oracle, including General Manager of Oracle E-Business Suite and CRM OD Product Line.​

Murali was responsible for setting up the Applications Development Centers in India and Shenzhen, China for Oracle. He is a recognized visionary and strategic advisor in the Enterprise Applications space​

Along with his role as CEO, Murali also manages Delivery at Innovacx and closely collaborates with the Leadership team on the customer side during the implementations​

Murali actively participates in Oracle Customer Advisory Board meetings and Tech Conferences as Speakers

Murali is also a Cofounder at Loyalty Juggernaut Inc, a Loyalty Platform Company.

Raj Srinivasan

Chief Enterprise Architect

Raj, our Chief Enterprise Architect, brings a wealth of experience from the enterprise sector. With numerous years dedicated to designing and developing enterprise applications at Oracle, Raj has collaborated with enterprise clients worldwide, comprehensively grasping their needs and skillfully integrating them within the Oracle Applications Product family. Raj's meticulous attention to detail renders him an indispensable advisor during the solutioning phase.

Business Development & Strategy

Chetan is Responsible for Business Development and Strategy. His extensive proficiency in Oracle applications makes him an invaluable asset in guiding customers through their digital transformation endeavors. Chetan's collaborative efforts with the Oracle Sales team involve meticulously aligning Oracle Solutions with the specific business priorities of customers and prospects, ensuring that their objectives are met effectively. Prior to joining Innovacx, Chetan was part of the Oracle Product Development team and held key positions at leading multinational corporations (MNC).

Anand Mohan

Director - Customer Success and Partner Relations

Anand Mohan is responsible for Customer Success and Partner Relations. He brings his vast experience in the enterprise space across various sectors and also deep understanding of the Oracle ecosystem into every customer interaction. He is passionate about making every customer is successful in consuming the Oracle Solution and achieve the intended ROI. Prior to Innovacx, Anand had successful stints at Novell, Oracle, SP Software

Vignesh Kumar

Director Program Management and Automation

Vignesh is Responsible for Program Management and Automation, Cloud implementation have extremely aggressive timelines requiring agile approach to implementations. He drives the Implementation methodologies and looks to continuously improve the same. He built an automation framework that helps customers validate both Oracle and other integrated solutions. He has priori experience at Oracle, Samsung and successful startups.

Sandeep Myana

Director Enterprise Innovations

Responsible for Delivery in Commerce, PaaS, Oracle Content Management and Integraton solutions With over 13 years of dedicated experience in overseeing a wide array of projects across diverse sectors, including e-commerce, hospitality, pharmacy, telecommunications, industrial services & manufacturing. Proficient in adeptly crafting solutions for intricate systems that involve a multitude of interconnected components. Has over a decade of experience in designing and implementing diverse e-commerce websites, encompassing a wide range of Content management, payment, shipping and fulfillment solutions.

Naveen Marujolla

Naveen holds the position of Delivery Head - Enterprise Innovations at Innovacx, where he oversees ERP Solutions. With a wealth of experience, Naveen has successfully spearheaded CX and ERP implementations for prominent global enterprises across diverse sectors, including Professional Services, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education Services. His expertise extends to designing top-tier utilities and solutions within the CX and ERP domains.

Ramesh heads the Business Intelligence and Siebel Practice division at Innovacx. He brings extensive expertise in Siebel EIM, MDM, and data migration, with a strong focus on developing robust data models and architectures to ensure data accuracy and availability, spanning both traditional and modern data warehousing solutions. Moreover, Ramesh is highly proficient in designing and implementing ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. His adept project management skills enable him to efficiently manage end-to-end BI projects, ensuring they adhere to scope, time, and budget requirements.

Abhishek Jain

Abhishek Jain serves as the Director of Finance at Innovacx Group, overseeing a multifaceted portfolio that includes Financial Planning, Financial Reporting and Compliance, Tax Planning and Strategy, Treasury Management, Vendor and Supplier Management, and Risk Management.

With an impressive career spanning over two decades, Abhishek has accumulated a wealth of experience in the Banking and Financial sector, Retail sector, and Fintech sector, working in both India and Canada. His extensive background encompasses Financial Planning, deep insights into financial market and instrument, a keen understanding of customer dynamics, and a knack for strategic thinking

A certified PMP and scrum master with more than 15+ years of experience in cloud space with a focus on Digital Transformation, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Project Management, Delivery Management, Business Development, and Practice Management. Prior joining Innovacx was responsible for driving IT and Digital Transformation projects in different industries

Shraddha Dhavle

HR & Recruitment Manager

Shraddha Dhavle carries 18 years of work experience in HR Practicing and Consulting space. As an HR Practitioner, she has partnered with businesses through strategic HR interventions and successfully deployed and delivered the Human Capital agenda involving managing the entire life cycle of HR function. As an HR Consultant, she has spearheaded several large-scale consulting projects for diverse clients, including Government, Public, and Private Sector organizations, involving Organization Development, Change Management, Learning and development, design and implementation of HR systems.

At Innovacx, she champions employee lifecycle management while ensuring a positive employee experience. She Leads development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and processes to support our talent acquisition and talent management programs and initiatives.

She received her Master's in Applied Statistics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and earned a Master of Business Management degree from Symbiosis, Pune
