Role: Oracle Sales Cloud(OSC) Specialist

As an Implementation Consultant, this position is responsible for end-to-end implementation of Oracle's Enterprise Sales Cloud product, involving requirements gathering, configuring, customizing, integrating, and deploying Sales Cloud products

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and implement OSC Application
• Collaborate with businesses to understand their enterprise requirements - Conduct requirements gathering sessions/ UAT / Training
• Work on critical concepts/modules like Account Management, Contact Management, Lead Management, Campaign Management, Opportunity Management, Territory, Quote Management, Service Management etc.
• Create Job Roles and Duty for Data security and access privilege
• Work on Data migration from Other CRM products to Oracle Sales Cloud

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 Years of Implementation experience in Oracle Sales Cloud with strong CRM Background
• Strong knowledge and deep understanding of Oracle Sales & Service Cloud (OSC), Sales Performance Management (SPM), and Incentive Computation Module (ICM)
• End-end experience of the entire project lifecycle (min. one project) of OSC implementation
• Experience in Application Extension/configuration e.g. create/modify Fields, Triggers, Object Workflow, Global Functions etc.
• Experience in Enterprise Application Integration.
• Hands-on experience in integrating Sales Cloud applications to other systems using Web service interfaces
• Strong knowledge of Groovy scripting & Dot net
• Knowledge of OSC integration with MS Outlook, Office 365 etc.
• Should have a good understanding of Enterprise processes
• Strong communication skills is a MUST

Role: Oracle HCM Functional Specialist

An Oracle HCM Functional Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Oracle HCM projects

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in all aspects of the development life cycle, including architecture, development, testing, training, implementation, and support of HCM applications - project demos/workshops, Requirement Gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRP, validation, transition, realization, production support, etc
• Work on functional roles that may include on-premise and Cloud applications
• Analyze user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
• Prepare validation scripts, testing scenarios, and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies and provide timely solutions

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud end-to-end implementation as a Functional Consultant for Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Benefits
• Extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design
• Strong experience in writing test plans, test cases, and defects
• Should have experience in testing Oracle Cloud Applications

Role: Oracle SCM Functional Specialist

An Oracle SCM Functional Specialist is responsible for the end-end Oracle SCM application implementation. This includes business requirements gathering, process design and development, system configuration, and end-user training

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios with initial functional implementation and deliver detailed business-focused SCM functions
• Support and upgrade projects in Oracle SCM modules (PO, OM, INV) with excellent command over O2C cycle & P2P cycles
• Formulate best practice processes and procedures
• Work with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations
• Prepare complete project documentation such as solution design, setup document, training manual, and test scenarios
• Perform quality reviews of deliverables

Ideal Candidate:

• Overall 3+ yrs. of relevant experience in Oracle SCM implementation projects
• Resource should have experience working on at least 2-3 procurement cloud implementations
• Experience in requirements gathering, mapping the requirement to Oracle SCM product, solutions design, and system testing

Role: Oracle CPQ Cloud Specialist

As an Implementation Consultant, this position is responsible for end-to-end implementation of Oracle's CPQ products involving requirements gathering, configurations, customization, integration, and deployment

Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, and implement CPQ Application
• Collaborate with businesses to understand their enterprise requirements - Conduct requirements gathering sessions/ UAT / Training
• Work on Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Workflow Approvals, Email Templates, Steps, BML, Commerce, Configuration Layout Design, Pricing Engine , etc
• Perform CPQ-CRM Integrations using ICS/XSL
• Troubleshoot/debug issues and identify/document the Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 Years of implementation experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud projects (Big Machines)
• Hands-on experience in CPQ Administrative activities like Environment Setup, Data Table Management, File Manager, User and Group Management, Parts creation, Code Migration, Cascading Stylesheets (CSS)
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member to perform hands-on development tasks, prototyping proofs-of-concept, and technical design on a scalable solution as required in support of current and new Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) Cloud projects
• Experience in integrating CPQ to third-party systems using SOAP/REST APIs
• Should have a good understanding of Enterprise processes
• Should have strong Javascript skills
• Strong communication skill is a MUST

Role: Oracle Financial Functional Specialist

An Oracle Financial Functional Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Oracle financial projects

Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in all aspects of the development life cycle, including architecture, development, testing, training, implementation, and support of reporting applications
• Responsible for translating business requirements into effective and efficient solutions for diverse and complex business problems
• Prepare functional requirement documents
• Design, configure, document, train, and implement projects, programs, workflows, etc.
• Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments
• Work closely with users during the user acceptance testing phase
• Provide timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinate actions, and resolve conflicts
• Provide ongoing project management and status reporting at all levels
• Conduct market research study benchmarking practices
• Support Pre-sales in developing RFP responses and proposals and deliver compelling product demos to customers/prospects

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 required) / Fusion implementation and support projects
• Oracle applications functional experience with various financial modules viz.. GL, AP, PA, AR, FA, PO.
• Extensive experience in accounting period closure and reconciliations across Oracle Application
• Experience in requirements gathering, mapping the requirement to Oracle financial product, solutions design, and system testing

Role: Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist

As an Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist, this position will be responsible for integrating SaaS to SaaS and SaaS to on-premise applications. They will also be responsible for conceptualizing and designing cloud integration solutions

Responsibilities:

• Implementing solutions on EBS, cloud applications
• Implementing Architect and design cloud solutions
• Delivering large integration projects leveraging pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc., in the solution
• Provide technical expertise, guidelines, and leadership in the development and implementation of integration solutions

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of Implementation experience in Integration Cloud - at least one end-to-end cloud SaaS /PaaS / IaaS implementation project
• Experience in SQL, writing SQL/PLSQL queries
• Expertise with Oracle ICS and integrating Oracle and non-Oracle platforms

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients across the globe to implement Cloud-based Enterprise Software Applications on Oracle Technologies
• Implement Industry Best Practices using Oracle enterprise cloud applications namely CRM, ERP, HCM, etc.
• Enhance Oracle enterprise cloud applications using Oracle standard cloud technologies to meet customer business requirements
• Integrate and extend different enterprise applications to enable business processes by leveraging Oracle Platform as Service Cloud, namely Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Visual Builder Cloud, Oracle Process Cloud, and several open technology tools
